Zarah is a Medical Herbalist and an Aromatherapist.
Together you will discuss all aspects of your health in detail which allows the herbalist to build a picture of you and your health.
If appropriate, herbal medicine can be safely made up to specifically support you.
Zarah uses organically grown, fine quality and local herbs whenever possible, and great care and consideration is taken of clients.
Aromatherapy massage appointments can also be booked and is an incredibly relaxing way to experience health promoting properties of essential oils (concentrated plant extracts).
Following consultation, precious essential oils are selected and blended in organic nut/seed oil to nourish, then used for your massage.
